WebHi! I have been on cymbalta for almost a year. 60mg/1 per day. It’s the only medication I am On. I experienced muscle twitch as a side effect. I know this is gonna sound silly, but; take a small handful of sea salt (not table) and eat it with a glass of water. Normally muscle twitching is due to low minerals. WebCymbalta increases serotonin levels in the brain, and can rarely lead to life-threatening serotonin syndrome, or toxicity. If you or your child experiences changes in mental status, coordination problems, muscle twitching, racing heartbeat, high or low blood pressure, sweating, vomiting or diarrhea, seek medical help immediately.
